One of our listeners sent in a comment today regarding our recent conversations on barefoot/forefoot running. The comment was that we talk a lot about the gear that barefoot evangelists wear but we fail to pay enough attention to proper running form. The point is well taken. It does not matter what running gear you have on, if your form is not correct, your risk of injury increases. To help elaborate this, we turn to the Coach, Jeff (@coachprs) from PRS Fit. We have mentioned his site (www.prsfit.com) many times during our shows. Well, he has two awesome videos that talk more about running form and how to do it properly.
The first video (click here for video) is an overview of the natural running form and how to get started. Danny Abshire from Newton Running spends thirty minutes explaining and demonstrating proper form.
The second video (click here for video) is from the coach himself. He is out on the track demonstrating simple drills that you can do everyday to strengthen your muscles and become a better forefoot runner.
Enjoy!

This is what I needed– I want to know how to run properly, in VFFs OR running shoes or whatever.
Thanks!
